Circa Early 1940s Silk Embroidered Nightdress

An exquisite silk vintage nightdress that is pure decadence. Circa 19400s, this very special vintage piece was acquired from a lady who really looks after her vintage and has impeccable vintage taste. The colour way is pink with a peach undertone.  Pretty cap sleeves, a round neckline with a shell edge.  The most delicate of embroidery & applique on the bust and body. Hand finished pin tuck detailing to be found at the shoulders & waistline.  This piece is under the knee in length. Very Good Condition.
